T’ART STUDIO
1) T'art Studio currently operates on a reservation-only basis. Please make reservations in advance via Instagram direct message or WhatsApp. Otherwise, walk-ins will not be accommodated.
2) When making a reservation, payment for the reserved course must be made in advance to secure attendance. Otherwise, the reservation will not be confirmed.
3) Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the reservation will not be accepted.
4) Please note that all reservations are non-refundable once confirmed, and deposits will not be refunded in case of absence.
5) Absence or cancellation of appointments will not be refunded. It is recommended to arrange your schedule in advance to ensure smooth participation in the workshop. In case of lateness due to special circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible for necessary arrangements.
6) If you need to change your appointment time, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Changes are limited to one time.
7) The time required to complete a piece depends on the complexity of the design and individual painting speed. If the completion exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of $60 per person per half hour will be charged.
8) We hope that students can fully enjoy the process of artistic creation. Instructor will assist and guide everyone in completing their works.
9) For booking private workshops (6 people or more) or party events, please contact us at least one week in advance for proper arrangements.
10) Students can temporarily store their completed artworks in the studio and are requested to collect them within 30 days. Otherwise, T'art Studio reserves the right to consider the artwork as studio property and take appropriate actions.
11) When the observatory issues a yellow rainstorm warning signal, unless notified otherwise, all appointments will proceed as scheduled;
When the observatory issues a red rainstorm warning signal, depending on the actual situation, confirmed appointments may be postponed or proceed as scheduled. If guests need assistance or wish to change their appointments, please contact us directly;
When the observatory issues a black rainstorm warning signal, all appointments will be postponed. Guests are requested to contact us directly for rearrangements;
When the observatory replaces the black rainstorm warning signal with a red/yellow warning signal 2 hours before the appointment time, guests can choose to proceed as scheduled or reschedule. Please contact us directly.
